A guided installation for Laravel 13, PHP 8.4+ and MySQL 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.3+. We verify the server first, validate the database, install dependencies, prepare the updater and create your superadmin account.

Filesystem write tests are performed against storage, bootstrap/cache, tools and other required paths. Installation will not continue if a required check fails.

Step 2

Connect the server

These credentials configure HMIS and stay on the server. The database must be a new, empty MySQL 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.3+ database.

Create your superadmin account

This first superadmin can control facilities, modules, subscriptions, integrations and security. Use a unique passphrase and save it in a password manager.

Review & install

Review the server, database and superadmin details. HMIS will install dependencies, migrate and seed the platform, configure updater signing and create the superadmin.

Installation safety: the target database must be empty. HMIS will not overwrite an existing database. Keep this page open until the installer redirects you to sign in.
